JS Selections trade account setup

Choose how your approved order will be billed.

At checkout, select Wholesail or FinTech. Nothing is charged on the checkout screen. JS Selections reviews the order first, then routes approved billing to the account you selected.

Preferred partner

Wholesail is our preferred setup and billing partner for licensed trade customers. JS Selections uses OneWineMarket’s shared portal for a guided application and account review.

Integrated account option

Already have a FinTech Account?

Select FinTech at checkout to charge your FinTech account!

JS Selections is integrated with FinTech for already enabled trade accounts. Your order is still reviewed before approved billing is routed to FinTech.

FinTech terms: ACH auto-debit is scheduled 30 days from delivery—not 30 days from order placement.

Checkout records your preferred account—it does not collect payment.

JS Selections reviews each order and then charges the approved order through the customer’s selected Wholesail or FinTech account, subject to the customer’s established terms and account status.

Why Wholesail

A simpler, more comfortable way to open your account.

No emailed banking forms and no handwritten application to decipher. The information needed for account review and payment setup lives in one guided experience.

1

One guided application

Enter applicant, company, billing, and payment information in one place. If you step away after verification, Wholesail can save your progress so you can return later.

Payment credentials stay protected

Card details are processed and vaulted by Stripe. Wholesail states that it does not see or retain card numbers, and payment data is protected using industry-standard controls.

Payments aligned with invoice terms

Once approved and authorized, ACH or card payments can be managed through Wholesail on the agreed invoice schedule—including when an invoice is due.

Less back-and-forth

Wholesail brings account onboarding, invoice visibility, statements, and authorized payments into one customer-friendly portal built for wholesale relationships.

After approval · Delivery confidence

A clearer handoff from account setup to your door.

Secure onboarding is the beginning. Specialist partners, route-aware service choices, and proactive delivery communication help the order arrive with less uncertainty.

01

Wine-aware, temperature-conscious handling.

Carrier, route, timing, and available temperature options are considered around the destination, current conditions, inventory location, and order needs.

The goal is a more deliberate handoff built around wine—not a generic parcel experience.

02

Clearer tracking and arrival visibility.

Modern tracking tools and delivery updates help buyers understand when an order is moving, approaching, or needs attention.

Available notifications and tracking detail vary by selected carrier and service, but the standard is simple: fewer surprises and a more informed receiving team.

03

Specialist timing, instructions, and human support.

Receiving notes, access instructions, delivery-day coordination, and the correct contact path can matter as much as the route itself.

Questions stay connected to people who understand the order, the wine, and the professional customer receiving it.

Delivery options, timing, temperature services, tracking detail, and partner availability vary by destination, route, weather, order profile, and current operating conditions.

California electronic payments

A payment workflow built around EFT requirements.

For applicable California retailer-to-wholesaler alcoholic beverage transactions, electronic payment requirements took effect January 1, 2026. JS Selections uses Wholesail to support vendor-initiated electronic payments and an EFT-compliant trade workflow.

Buyers can authorize ACH or, where offered, credit card payment. Once account setup is approved, payments can be processed according to the invoice due date and the authorization selected during enrollment.

Common questions

Know what to expect before you click.

Why does the application open outside JS Selections?

We use Wholesail as our independent account-onboarding and payment provider. Your business and authorized payment details are entered in Wholesail’s portal rather than collected on this page.

Will I be charged when I submit the application?

Submitting an application does not itself purchase wine. Payments are processed only under the approved account terms, invoice schedule, and payment authorization associated with your account.

Can my business pay by ACH or credit card?

Wholesail supports ACH and credit card payment methods. The options available to your account, any applicable card-processing cost, and the payment timing are shown during setup or account approval.

Does applying guarantee approval or credit terms?

No. Every trade account is subject to review. JS Selections will confirm approval, purchasing access, payment timing, and any credit terms after reviewing the submission.

Where can I review Wholesail’s security practices?

Wholesail publishes information about its SOC 2, PCI-DSS, encryption, card-vaulting, and ACH controls on its Security page.
