Keep it distinct from the dry Riesling. This is the off-dry bottling: more fruit, a softer edge, still Finger Lakes acid. It is not a dessert wine and not the dry 91.

Cadamatre MW
Nova and Brian Cadamatre met in 2000. Brian's line was, we should start a vineyard — my family in Italy did it, it cannot be that hard. After 15 years of planning they established a vineyard in the Finger Lakes and a tasting room in downtown Geneva, New York.
The name Trestle 31 comes from the railroad trestle that dominates the view from the top of the vineyard on Seneca Lake, and from tract 31 on the deed. Nova's mother, Linda Williams McCune, drew the label. Nova took Viticulture at Cornell, then California, then the MW in 2017 — the first American female winemaker to do it.
She still splits Napa and the Finger Lakes. The 2022s are the current JS Selections offer: Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Riesling, and Demi-Sec. Family estate. Lakes, not a Napa masquerade.

Demi-Sec in this house means off-dry Riesling with enough acid to stay in the glass, not a sweet leftover.
Same family estate, same MW, a different residual-sugar target than the dry Riesling listing next to it.
Wine-Searcher did not clear 91 on this vintage. The tile will show em dashes for the aggregate. That is the rule.

Off-dry.
Acid still there.
Richer than the dry Riesling, with stone fruit and a rounder mid-palate, and enough Finger Lakes acid to carry piccata, spice, and a little heat. Not dessert. Serve colder than the dry bottling.
